• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

Cancellation Rules

• If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
• If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

House Rules

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
• Unmarried couples are not permitted.
• Groups comprising only male guests are not permitted.
• A valid government-issued Passport, Aadhaar Card, or Driving Licence must be presented at check-in. Local IDs are not accepted.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the property premises.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• Private parties, events, and outside visitors in guest rooms are not permitted during the stay.
• The property is wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring a wheelchair are requested to bring their own.
• One infant (0 - 2 years) is permitted per room without being counted towards the maximum occupancy. Complimentary infant meals and warm milk are available.
• No extra bed is provided for children included in the booking. An extra mattress is available at an additional charge of INR 500 per child.
• An extra mattress for additional adult guests is available at an additional charge of INR 950 per guest.
• Guests are requested to follow all property policies to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone.
